- We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday) excluding weekends and holidays.
- Custom or made-to-order rugs may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.
4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to best suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (available only for select products).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Orders over a certain amount (e.g., $500) may qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
- Additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote areas.

7. Delivery
- Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is accurate, as Rug Weavers is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
8. In-Store Pickup
- We offer an in-store pickup option for local customers in Bellaire, Texas. If you choose this option, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup at our store location.
9. Missed Deliveries and Re-Deliveries
- For missed deliveries, please follow the carrier’s instructions for re-delivery or pickup at a local facility.
- Rug Weavers is not liable for additional fees if a re-delivery is required.
10. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacements or refunds if necessary.
- For lost packages, please allow up to 7 business days for the carrier to resolve the issue. We will assist you in filing a claim if needed.
