Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount within the continental U.S. Shipping costs for smaller orders or deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom, made-to-order, and clearance items are non-returnable. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return or exchange.

Do you offer rug cleaning or repair services?

Currently, we do not offer cleaning or repair services. However, we can recommend trusted professionals who specialize in rug care. Please contact us for recommendations.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

What should I do if my rug arrives damaged?

If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs.

Do you have a showroom or store location?

Rug Weavers is primarily an online shop, but we do offer in-store pickup at our Bellaire, Texas location. If you’d like to see our rugs in person, please contact us to schedule a visit.
