Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs.

Rug Weavers is primarily an online shop, but we do offer in-store pickup at our Bellaire, Texas location. If you’d like to see our rugs in person, please contact us to schedule a visit.
